ee61eed7b2 bcat: Add BCAT backend for Boxcat service 
Downloads content from yuzu servers and unpacks it into the temporary directory provided. Fully supports all Backend features except passphrase.

3a00563fbb bcat: Add backend class to generify the functions of BCAT 
Provides the most abstract simplified functions of BCAT as functions. Also includes a NullBackend class which is just a no-op.
